Loft casa32 - Del Fabbro
Six lofts, three souls.
A new way of experiencing hospitality, where visual lightness meets character.

Creating balance between comfort, practicality, and a refined sense of proportion is the foundation of the Casa 32 project, a hospitality structure overlooking the historic village of Nago.
A passionate client, attentive to detail and open to experimentation, enabled a seamless collaboration in which each space emerged from an open dialogue between client, architect, and designer.

Each loft expresses a distinct identity through bold colors, warm materials, and precisely structured volumes. Unifying the project are large-scale, custom-designed wallpapers that define the spaces with strong visual impact, acting as scenographic backdrops that guide and narrate the interiors.

The living area unfolds as a compact yet perfectly balanced open space. The island kitchen features a functional worktop and full-height cabinetry that conceals appliances, preserving a sense of visual clarity. The living area integrates a sofa bed, addressing the needs of the hospitality sector with solutions that are functional yet never ordinary.

Lighting follows the same philosophy: fixtures selected specifically for the contract world, combining technical reliability with a strong design sensibility, without sacrificing atmosphere.
Because even on holiday, or perhaps especially on holiday, surrounding oneself with beauty truly matters.
