Villa Among the Olive Trees - Del Fabbro
Where luxury is shaped by stillness
Nestled among centuries-old olive trees, this family villa is a tribute to contemporary simplicity, where warm materials and essential lines flow seamlessly through each space, creating an elegant and coherent narrative.
The beating heart of the ground floor is the Modulnova kitchen, where a fully equipped wall in warm, enveloping tones integrates effortlessly with a generous central island. Here, a refined yet understated snack bar becomes a functional focal point, balancing practicality and style while offering an inspiring place to cook surrounded by breathtaking views.
A suspended staircase, featuring dark oak treads and glass side panels, leads to the first floor and the sleeping area. The master bedroom is defined by the Fluttua bed by Lago, an expression of lightness and elegance that anchors the space while delivering an uncompromising sense of comfort and well-being. A discreetly integrated walk-in wardrobe completes the room, combining functionality with visual harmony.
No retreat dedicated to relaxation would be complete without an equally striking bathroom. In this villa, the master bathroom is conceived as a true wellness sanctuary, where a marble-clad bathtub becomes the centerpiece for long, restorative moments. The natural elegance of marble pairs beautifully with the warmth of the wooden vanity and meticulously selected accessories, resulting in a serene and balanced environment.
Within this bathroom, refined details such as the Depth sink by Lago add a touch of sophisticated originality.
Designed by Daniele Lago, the basin plays with the perception of void and depth through its transparent glass base, creating a surprising visual effect. The inclined surface allows water to flow away effortlessly and is set within a shelf just 8 cm thick, customizable in a variety of finishes, including the elegant Wildwood wood, transforming the sink into a sensory experience that goes far beyond pure functionality.
Integration is the guiding principle of the project: the natural calm of the surrounding olive trees merges with the contemporary language of the interiors, where refined finishes and tactile textures meet in perfect balance. Thanks to close collaboration with skilled artisans, every detail has been carefully crafted to reflect the identity and story of the family who lives in this beautiful residence.
