Light of the Lake - Del Fabbro
An oasis of style and calm, defined by intimate, light-filled interiors and an elegant outdoor area designed to experience design even in the open air.
The quiet rhythm of the beach forms the backdrop to this retreat, a perfect setting for Lake Garda lovers, where the gaze drifts across the water while the soft murmur of passersby, the song of sparrows, and the whisper of the Ora wind through the pine trees blend into a gentle melody.

Upon entering the apartment, the heart of the living area immediately reveals itself: the Poliform kitchen, centered around a monolithic island clad in MDI Stone Brown,an exclusive surface that combines refined aesthetics with sustainability through the use of natural minerals.
Bronze-toned steel columns conceal a technical room, accessible via a sophisticated pivot door, achieving a seamless balance between functionality and design.
Miele appliances and a Bora cooktop with integrated extractor complete a space conceived to elevate every moment spent cooking.

Partition walls made of natural oak slats framed in black-painted metal define the spaces without weighing them down.
This custom solution enriches the entrance and lightly separates the dining area from the living space, offering flexibility while allowing the television to be positioned according to different needs.

In the area dedicated to rest and dreams, abstract wallpaper patterns echo the subtle hues of the sky and the lake. At the center of the room, a Duxiana bed system ensures deep, restorative rest. Its modular design allows for personalized comfort, transforming sleep into a truly therapeutic experience.

In the main bathroom, fiberglass walls finished with wallpaper, perfectly suited for humid environments, extend seamlessly into the shower, creating both visual and functional continuity.
The space is defined by green lacquered partition panels that separate the sanitary area from the vanity, bringing a sense of order and harmony. The custom-made vanity top, crafted in lime-effect porcelain stoneware, adds an essential elegance, completing a bathroom designed to surprise with its strong character.

Lighting by Davide Groppi becomes an instrument that reveals the true dimensions of space. Each environment is enhanced through a meticulously designed lighting concept, where light shapes atmosphere and perception.
Iconic pieces such as the Sampei lamp, with its fluid lines inspired by willow branches, and the portable Tetatet lamp add a touch of magic to both the interiors and the outdoor spaces.

Designing outdoor areas in such evocative settings is always inspiring for an interior designer. The courtyard overlooking the lake is furnished with a custom-made outdoor kitchen in metal with a satin-finished stainless-steel countertop. Alongside it, a Varaschin table and armchairs, together with the Filiph Outdoor sofa, invite moments of relaxation just steps away from the water’s edge.
This apartment stands out for its distinctive choices, fully reflecting the design philosophy of Thomas Conzatti, the interior designer who brought to life a project that embodies uncompromising design, even on holiday!
Designed in collaboration with architect Andrea Marcolini.
